The Manager, Systems Engineering is responsible for the reliability of the BECU systems which support our Business Units and Membership. This person will be well versed in IT management to ensure we are proactive in identifying issues and threats, as well as provide leadership and communications during critical events. Position requires a balance of leadership, customer focus, urgency and technical acumen.
This manager position will lead the BECU’s IT Operations Tool team. The Tools team develops, manages and optimizes IT Operations tools, such as Splunk, SCOM, AppDynamics, and ServiceNow, and is responsible for proactively managing monitoring, capacity and demand management of the organization’s IT systems.
