The Card Services Specialist is responsible for handling adjustments and member inquiries related to Credit and Debit card issues and/or transactions. This person is responsible for answering questions, troubleshooting, training, handling member inquiries, performing quality control for card ordering processes, ACI Claims data entry, GL reconciliation, processing of foreign ATM return deposits, processing card disputes, chargebacks and re-presentments, network adjustments and host/network out of balances. This person will have a comprehensive understanding of Credit Union policies and procedures, credit card, EFT, ATM/POS/Debit, network/gateway rules and regulations, and all services provided by the Card Services department in order to assist members and staff with their inquiries and responsibilities.
